Joanna Figuero nevers fails to impress!  Her newest collection, Butterscotch & Roses, features beautiful florals in several sizes, as well as some blenders and fun geometrics.  The wide variety of colors allows you to play with several color combinations.  I love the aqua and green, but you should check it out to see what pretty combo you can come up with...

Strawberry Fields is Fig Tree's newest collection and Joanna Figueroa's classic style shines once again.  Here's her description of the line:

"'Fig Tree goes a little retro' or 'the perfect summer afternoon' would be two phrases I would use to describe the feel of our newest summer collection! Chalk full of happy, saturated colors with names such as Strawberry, Vanilla, Grass, Daisy and Rose. This vintage 50's feeling group is rounded out with the more muted tones of Vanilla, Slate and Pond. A light ivory background makes the rest of the colors really pop!"

Strawberry Fields isn't due out until May and is at Moda's new higher price point (see our post about the cotton crisis), but since we got it early we're offering it at a special limited-time discount of 10%.  Charm Packs, Jelly Rolls and Layer Cakes are all available and ready to ship, so go grab some!  The beautiful colors, designs, and vintage-y feel of Strawberry Fields makes this a perfect line for summer!

...in the shop now...mill house inn pre-cuts

My shipment of Mill House Inn pre-cuts finally arrived! Fig Tree & Co.'s newest fabric line has arrived in all its pre-cut glory (with yardage to be arriving in shops soon). I was able to get my hands on some Charm Packs, Honey Buns, Jelly Rolls and 1 Fat Quarter Bundle. That's right, only 1! I haven't listed it yet, but if you want it right now, let me know. I also have available a newer Fig Tree quilt pattern called French Kiss, which uses simple diamond blocks - no templates, specialty rulers or "Y" seam. The pattern calls for one Charm Pack and one Honey Bun, among other fabrics (background, border, backing, etc.) So I put together a little set including pattern, Charm Pack and Honey Bun at a discounted price (10% off individual prices) to help you get started with this lovely quilt.
